"Firstly, thank you for having a shop on there High street in Chaddesden, It is refreshing to be able to still shop in person rather than having to do online, (which I don’t do) and more importantly to have face to face contact and interaction with real people who are accountable and care about serving customers.
Secondly, that you for the amazing, helpful and knowledgable staff at the Chaddesden shop. Called in recently several visits, to get replacements parts for my vertical blind and they were all amazing. From Karen the manager to the other ladies totally brilliant. They were able to not only supply parts but also to show be the best way to attach the chains onto the weights, as the way I did it kept breaking the ends. They were so helpful and knowledgeable.
I don’t write google reviews but I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service I received.
You are very fortunate to have the team you do in Chaddesden. I hope you can have a way to pass this feedback on to therm and to reward them for their excellence. People make a business.
